bloody hell guys
how come my dad never taught me this??? This is all done using pure body weight! AND it seems to be an Indian exercise
try the Hindu squat- i can only do about 30 without collapsing lol- the goal is 500 in 16 minutes
the hindu push-up- bloody hell, like a super-duper push up, i can do tonnes of pushup normal (okay 50 :P) but i cant even do 6 of these- goal is 100!

damn man.. the push ups are damn amazing... i wish i could do them... i'd be happy wit even just one... but i'm not gonna try yet.. might end up killin myself... lol

nah man these exercises are seriously fucking hardcore....
the guy who learnt it says he got it from a buddhist monk who could do 2000 squats in 50 minutes lol...
this stuff is for real, i could c it working my arms, my abs, my calfs everything.....ima gonna do it everyday..
but that backbridge requires seriously strong biceps2begin wit......(i cant do it either)
lol, those pros can touch their noses doing that.....imagine that!!

i still cant believe u do gymnastics........! i wanna do the bridge tho, but im worried i'll quite literally break my back....what um gymnastic thingy do u specialise in (im tinkin of the olympics here)

wow is that when u kinda spin around the bars and u have to spread ur legs really wide without uh touching the ground? :o

The pushups look like dive bomber pushups. And the squats I dunno...they look like freakin squats. I think a better squat than the one matt furey preaches is stayin on tiptoes all the time you are squatting. I did like 75 of those one day and it was awesome...my calves were sore the next day.

i dont do push ups all squats......... i hate them , they get all sore n they borin .
but i do situps cause i dont dont have anyhtin at home that will work out the abs...
