any1 know any? im starting to put on weight and i hate working out. it takes up too much of my time.. is there anything easy and quick where i can eat alot and still stay slim?I got this abtronic belt which i tie around my waist and im still waiting for that to show its effect and im eating these nasty chinese leaves which are supposed 2 make me loose weight???.. nothing really works but im being patient... post???

No easy way. Only hard work, determination, and dedication.
You need at least some workout, and that ab shit is just a waste of $$$.
You dont have any body pics, so one cant tell what kind of shape you're in
Just keep your diet in check, and drink shit loads of green tea.

ya..i hate when that happens. especially over the holidays.
what i do is drink a lot of water daily. i fill up my water bottle atleast 8 times a day. i've read that it does help u lose weight little by little and it works for me. :D

Start drinking tons of coffee and smoking cigarrettes, its gunna fuck you up even more but it will make you thin. Oh...also buy cheap and dangerous diet pills and pop em regularly. Crack supposedly also makes people thin, so does speed.

honestly anytime. i like to do at night right before bed. some peopel might have a hard time gion to sleep tho bc their heart rate would be up and it could be a problem, but if u have been doing it at night and u see no problem then just stick to that. but like i said before if u can do it in morning right when u wake up in an emtpy stomach u supposedly lose more weight but overall its not that big of a difference.

so you dont wanna work out at all and still lose weight? :confused: you need to completely give up on sugar.. anything thats sugary, from chocolate candy to soda! next comes fat.. anything u have at have, get fat free.
But im sorry its not gona last you for a long time because, your body will adapt to whatever u do and then slowly your metabolism will drop to a point where you will gain fat from eating fat-free food. Lol, not fair huh? but that's how it works.. so what you should do is, get YOUR ass on the treadmill 4 days a week, and do interval running. If you dunno what that is, go look it up. And also lift 3 days a week.
Now you see i haven't weight lifted in almost 2 and a half months and my weight has been the same. Im still toned up and fit although my eating habits are bad, u know why? because for a year all i did was interval training with proper weight training and it has given me a permanent weight loss. I know it wont last me for ever but i can go on like this for months. IM sure everyone has a different type of body, so do whatever works for you. Maybe in ur case you can lose weight more rapidly than others. try it out :blahblah:

Instead of sitting n talking on the phone... walk around
and if u are at the mall you can walk around there.

NO I DONT THINK SO! thats when your body thinks you're starving and shuts down your metabolic processes to store calories. Now next time you eat something you will store it in and get MORE FAT. so how long do u have to the interval trainin to get into the permenant weight loss? ( i know it wont last forever ) but i have rather heavy diet ... its all healthy stuff but still kinda heavy

dont ask me. ive actually gained weight, hence the reason why i havent put up any new pics lately.
i cant fucking zip up my jeans. but then the holidays always makes me fat. last year around this time i gained 3 jean sizes.

nothing like that..u need diet and cardio. also those belts dont work. its a hogwash

depends on your intensity. When i did interval running id give it everything i got, like run highspeed sprinting at speed of 8.0 to 8.5.
lets just say, in an interval running withint 20 min, if you finish 2.3 miles or up... and burn 300+ calories (accordin to the treadmill), you're the man! do that 4 days a week alternative and you're good to go.
Now if you completely ignore lifting you're gona end up lookin like a marathon runner. so you gotta lift those 4 days, after running. usually takes about 5 months to see big results

right after eating, your body craves for calories when you just finish working out. Thats when your metabolism is at its peak so why not feed yourself?

not bad, weight lifting is good too but not as effective as running when it comes to losing weight. But weight lifting also helps you lose weight if you control your diet very good. You know what you should eda... start playing basketball every 2 days. and when i say play basketball.. i mean like continuously for 2 hrs with a lot of water. I guarantee you will get cut up in no time.

well i only drink 2% another way to loose weight is never eat till ur STUFFED eat till u feel slightly full than stop.....than a lil again later when ur hungry

whatever works for you! a person running at 8.5 and another one running at 6.5 might be at equal intensity in their own levels. depends on body structure and weight. so yah, for the amount of time yu spend on cardio you seem to be in a good shape.
PEOPLE PEOPLE you should never ignore weight training. that is the biggest mistake

yes, you dont bloat when you drink enough water so drop the water weight. it makes you look lean! adequate amount is about 7 to 8 glasses per day, or if youre drinkin off one of those water bottles .5 ml.. drink about 6 of those

i was talking on an average regular basis, yeah if youre workin out.. at that time you will be drinkin extra water. when i step in the gym, i nearly finish 4 bottles of those .5 ml water bottles

Well, besides surgery there is no way of losing weight without doing anything.
But you could try speed-walking for an hour a day, eating healthy (what i do is avoid sugary, fatty, refined carbohydrate foods. eating whole, organic brown bread, brown rice, meat, vegetables and fruit) occasionally treating yourself and drinking loads of water helps. along with helping you lose weight, it keeps your hair, skin and nails in glowing condition and you have an overall healthy glow, cuz you're healthy from the inside. and you feel amazing all the time.
Join some dance classes, get a friend to go on jogs or walks with you. And eat healthy. :D is all. and trust me, it does feel DAMN good. because why gain weight over the long term, just because of having the pleasure of eating something for like 2 mins?

you need a lot of cardio. i usd to think walkin was good and stuff but that only burns up the calories uve put on during the day, but to burn fat u need to do intense cardio and stuff like that, just eating right wont get u no where..

what is stomach stapling? ( im not gonna do it i juss wanna know what it is ) a gastric bypass. when the stomach sac is stapled so that it can only take in 6 large grapes, literally. the large intestine is shortened so that there is less surface area for to absoprtion of fat. basically, not much goes into your stomach, and when it does, it's not completely absorbed and goes through your system faster.
only for morbidly obese people though.

Ive been able to gain weight and lose weight as I saw fit. Even alter my bodyfat ratio. Its really really simple. To gain weight you eat more. To lose weight you eat less. Everything else is just a complicated variation of the above.

Wanna lose weight stop eating like a fuckin pig. Its really simple, people just complicate it with this diet and that diet. You dont even have to excercise. All you do is eat less and you get thinner.
As soon as you start eating like a fuckin :Pig: again you will regain weight after any diet.

Isnt there AT LEAST an hour waiting period for when you eat?
that doesn't make sense.
I believe that you should wait at least an hour before you start working out so that the food can be digested properly.

cut back on all caffiene drinkssss!(believe meeee it helps sooooooo much)
ive heard that you should drink cranberry juice..it tastes kinda of gross buuut it helps!
move around alot..you dont have to join the gym. just do like 10-20 sit ups or pull ups each day
