Got a couple of question bro. Well maybe more.

Launchin my new website pretty soon. Well, depends on how much time i get.

Have one that is http://www.rahuls.com which u can see is a personal domain and so is the site, so I am just hosting it thru the school server.

Another that I just registered is http://www.desiHQ.com This site is going to be a commercial, if everything goes as planned. And hopefully the finance goes the same way.

Any suggestion of hosting. Had www.simonweb.com for a year, was ok, but had problems with the mail server.

Any suggestion would be great.

Also I found out that a message board can be set up thru ezboard. I tried and failed like 4 times and then finally gave up on it.

Just confused with all the uploading and crap. Any help there would be highly appreciated.

Last but not the leats, well, i think, you dont mind if i advertise your site on there. If that is ok with you, a banner image would be a great help.

im not sure who to suggest to get your site hosted with.. im going with a dedicated server which you definitely would not need, atleast for now. so, i cant really tell you who to go with.

as for a messageboard, i thought ezboard was simple to set up. isnt that one of the ones where they host it on their own server and add advertising to it in return.

as for advertising, im sorry, any ads that i place on my site must be paid ads because otherwise i'd be overflowed with requests.

u could do a searh for web hosts and u'll get a pretty good return. and sameer, i think he wants to put up an add for ratedesi on his site

Well, its a win-win situation I guess cheese :) Its done in business all the time :) There's nothing wrong with it, afterall both parties gain :wink:

Umm, and I have a list of pretty good hosts --- actually the one i'm using right now just needed a $250 one-time fee - and thats for life :) No other fees! (but then again I worked out a special deal with the owner and managed to get it completely free, but thats another story altogether!)

Anyway, it works great ... about 99% uptime too. It even has more features than any other host I've seen --- including cPanel, ALL script languages-support , 500 autoresponders, plenty of bandwidth etc etc.
I'm real happy with it ... that's for sure ...

But well the 250 does sounds good. If u can send me the lin, i will love to take a look at it and maybe in the future do get it.
