personality, looks, job, body, previous reputation. [my preference in order]

I wouldn't say that looks aren't important, but as long as a guy has a good personality and overall is decent looking with goals in life then that will be perfectly good. Personality & a person's attitude is what makes that person stand out, physical appearance changes throughout time.
