Jay Sean is not a bad singer but "redefined"? That's a wrong term to use. He looks/sound like typical R&B mainstream stuff you hear on the radio.
Perhaps you're thinkin' of Michael Jackson. When you have an entire city doin' Moonwalk as a tribute, you know you did something magnificent:

yeah, thats standard really fam. gotta raise his profile so he can start making them dollars u get me. i rate him for how far he has gone in the industry. leaving his record lable a couple years back doesnt seem like such a bad move now does it :rofl:
