A woman who claimed God ordered her to bash in the heads of her sons was acquitted of all charges by reason of insanity Saturday after a jury determined she did not know right from wrong during the killings.

why does she need to die? b/c she was insane and didnt know the difference between right and wrong? because she didnt know she had a mental problem? because she couldn't help herself?
if a retarted person killed somebody, they should go on death row?

if she is certifiably fucked in the head, she shouldnt be killed. what do you think acquitted means? shes not gonna go home and have fun. shes gonna be sent to live in a mental asylum for the rest of her life.

Chill out people. I just meant that she really believed God told her to kill her innocent 8 and 6 yr old. Yeah she must be crazy. She'll get whats coming to her. Even retarded people aren't allowed to kill, just b/c they're retarded. That is no excuse

Nor, you're a moron.
Retarded or not, she is still responsible for her OWN actions. How hard is it for you to understand?
Oh wait, you're a Muslim. Muslims never take the blame for their OWN actions, but blame it ON the Jews and Americans instead
Gee, no surprise.

Even if she was completely sane and acted upon this, I would still think the death penalty will not be wise. First of all, she would suffer more if she were to rot in jail. And, it'd cost us tax payers MORE money to go through the lenghty appeal process of death row.
