I said that I am always giving him sweet lil gifts to spoil him and make him feel cared about - what does he give me? His assignments so I can type them up!

2. Text Messages:
I said I make a point once a week to send a random loving text message (i.e. you make me feel soooo lucky! *vomit stuff*) what do I get? - "S, Going with the boyz to watch boxing. You can finger urself in my absence!"

His defense in all of this was:
"guys show love in different ways, what your examples have shown is ur romantic and Im a selfish git.... dont mean I dont love you..... if i didnt love you I'd be with someone else who shaved their legs more often"

So, do guys and girls show love in a relationship in different ways?

Well, I don't know a single desi couple that ended in anything permanent. And to me, that means failure. Which is why I feel this trial-and-error approach is a waste of time =/.

eh, love only lasts so long. I will not delve into that until marriage, or else all the chemicals that make you get that lovely dovey high from love will fade. You gain tolerance to it, and usually it only lasts about 2-5 years. If i use it all up before, my marriage will start off very rough.
