There are a lot of theories about 9/11. Most Muslims (at least those that live in the Muslim World) believe that the attacks were engineered by American Government itself.

Documentaries like, "Loose Change", "Fahrenheit 9/11", "From The Shadows" (you guys should check this out...buy a guy named Abdul Kareem...Free Mason thingie) have influenced much of the Muslim World's opinion on the matter.

BUT!

Let's say hypothetically, that there is irrefutable evidence that Muslims did pull off the attack. What would you do? Could you blame the Americans for invading Afghanishtan? What if an American bombed Minar-e-Pakistan in Lahore, or a masjid or 2. What would the Muslims have done to all the foreigners in their countries? Kill them probably.

Is it not the Muslims own responsibility to fix the bad in their own countries? A Mufti was giving a lecture once and said that if there was a Chaliphate and there was Saddam Hussein in power, the Chaipha with no doubt in his mind would attack and remove Saddam Hussein. He said in the end, since we were incapable to do it ourselves...Allah had it done through other means...shouldn't we be ashamed?

You have to accept the reality of that. Just like you are offended that and can't believe someone would say otherwise when it comes to this matter, so do they. With the same convictions or maybe even stronger, most of the muslim world doesnt believe muslims carried out the attack.

With that belief, they hate the US even more.

Now what if I could convince the whole Muslim World that 9/11 was really the muslims fault. What would you as a muslim do? that is what i ask!

Did you know that the Taliban agreed to put Osama on trial in Afghanistan. The US didnt agree obviously. They wanted him to be handed over. Afghanistan then asked Pakistan to take him, Pakistan didn't agree, they didn't want to get involved in the mess.

Now, look...the Taliban was willing to consider the possibility that Osama did do something, but in their eyes there wasn't enough proof, and they didn't want him tried by a non-sharia court.

I think Musharraf should have taken OBL when he had the chance and avoided this whole disaster.

Muslims here in the west are doing alot, thank you very much. Especially when it comes to educating people, on the fact that as American Muslims they arent condoning what happen and they arent supporting it. They dont sit and do nothing, we have come a long way in understanding, there are still grounds to cover.

muslims in the west are doing a lot to educate the West..which is amazing and good...and many are more educated about islam then a muslim here...but they dont do much to educated to muslims of the east....they need it more than anyone. i feel as a muslim of the west i am more privileged than a muslim here...and its my responsibility to help fix the problems here.

we work in the west, build in the west, feed the west, do everything for where we live now...when will we do something for those we left behind?
