It depends on the age difference. If the other person is too old there is too much personal power for them. Regardless of how mature a person is, age is the only way to gain experience, and if they are too much older you're at a big advantage. And long term wise, if they are too old then you won't share the same stages in life as them later on =/. Of course 5 years to me is still within reason.
