You will be warned once by a moderator but if you ignore the moderator's requests and repeatedly upload these type of pictures, you will face a temporary ban. At our discretion but I'd assume something along the lines of permanent laming or specialing.

Yes absolutely, they have to be your own picture and you have to show your face. What you mean, linking to random pictures? This only refers to your main picture.
