Last week saw the theatrical release of one of the biggest and highly anticipated films for 2008 ,Saarkar Raj. Being a Ram Gopal Verma film and with the three Bachaan's coming together for the first time, people expected nothing short of fireworks from the maverick film maker. But needless to say Saarkar Raj does fall short on expectations, once it is compared to Saarkar.

Nevertheless excellent acting and characterization possibly by every character, excellent camera work and technical finesse, which always has been Ram Gopal Verma's forte comes to the rescue. What RGV missed out here was on tight editing, something that proved to be a plus point for Saarkar. The openings has been great, whether it can sustain the flow is yet to be seen.

Pour in your comments as to what you feel about this movie.

Good movie after the Interval....but not as intense as first part.....but some good twists in the movie without doubt.

they made it look that the guy in the scar was the contract killer / mole - that came across very well I thought.....

not to spoil the movie anything but I've heard that Abhishek gets whacked by his pops in the flick....

dont kno if there is any truth to this or not but i guess that we'll have to wait and see

Well it was Abhishek who stole the limelight in the first part and it was his Dad's turn in the second. By the way has anyone here read the GodFather in detail. Well I have and I can tell you it was an interpretation of the scene when Michale Corleone goes to Italy and marries a girl and then his enemies trying to hunt him down blows up the Car where his wife was placed. Anyways I belive this will be a series. A Box- Office hit for sure.
