LOL and you think they are gonna lower the price? I think they are putting the price high up because the govt is bringing all the oil themselves and selling it in an indirect way, getting all the money.
Why on earth would they lower the prices? They would just make it higher, because people cant go with out oil. they HAVE to buy it no matter how high the price is. and they are taking advantage on that.

They were on their way to a patrol when suddenly a bunch of shots were being shot around them, they were trying to get away as quickly as possible, but there were also a bunch of I.E.D.s everywhere, or so that's what the passenger though. So he sees these I.E.D's and tells the driver to take a turn to get away from all the chaos, the driver said no, he was going to follow the route which was given to them to drive. The passenger went insane and shot the driver in the head and took over the wheel...
