well if you physically see her first and continue to look its probably her looks that attracted you, but if her personality clashes with your mentality then its not worth it, unless you're willing to change. If you hear about a girl with a wonderful nature and physically see her later, her looks should be somewhat important too as human attraction is important too, to some extent

If they have the complete package i will KEEP them. If they have a personality more tedious than a damp sponge then its not going anywhere. I will most likely get bored of them and move on.
