I used creatine for a while, my reps started increasing frickin fast. i stopped using it after I found out it was bad.

This is what I do. I've been workin out off and on, not really consistant but lately i've really kicked it into gear.

I lift every other day and I swim laps twice a week for cardiovascular. Along with that, I try to eat as much protein as possible. I've gained approxometly 6 pounds of muscle in the last month. I'm just gonna continue with what I do. I havn't used any suppliments as of now... but I am still really friggen small

That's the problem with creatine, after you stop using it you have a hard time gaining weight. I gained 5-10 in the short time I was using it like 1-3 months, but after I stopped, my weight wouldn't increase at all for like 5-6 months.

you could try going on a bulk for a while and just go on a cut after that

Stick with the cardiovascular excercises. Don't get into weight training because it will stop your growth at this age.

take some food with you in school and eat it whenever you get a break

try slowly increasing the amount of meals you eat
2 protein shakes should be the max amt to take in a day.. one could be in the morning and the other one has to be after your workout

Egg whites are fine. I can eat the egg whites of 12 to 18 eggs in a day and it doesnt bother me. When I eat to many egg yolks...I know its a bit harder for my body to handle. I think maybe 1 to 2 yolks a day are starting to push it for me...but egg whites...no limit. Common sense.

This is ME and MY BODY though. And I know its right for me. I think many people might get the same feeling about eggs. The yolks are nutitious but also kinda...toxic if you have too many. :headache:

CREATINE IS NATURALLY FOUND/MADE IN YOUR BODY.

and is also consumed from mostly meat products. so i dont see how a natural product like that is harmful.

secondly, altho it does good for the body it must not be continuestly taken as it over loads the body(liver/kidneys) and makes the body 'lazy' to naturally produce creatine so a highly reccomended cycle wud be to take creatine for 2 months on cycle and 1 month off cycle. taking creatine continuestly without moderation can lead to problems so as along as u follow the cycle ur perfectly fine.
