That mofo paki bloke with the threee kids particularly annoyed the hell out of me. Considering he's a brit, you would think he'd put forthright some manners infront of the camera.

I did not understand the one thing though, his family convinced him to re-marry; although no1 touched light on second/third/forth marriages and under what circumstances they are permissible. This documentary gives everyone the impression that extra marriages are permissible in the Muslim community.

Adding to that ... and it makes it seem it is OK to marry without the first wifes consent. Just because Muslims do that doesn't mean it is Islamically correct.

Yup, although some parts of this doc were really interesting, in general I feel it has put Muslims yet again under a bad light.

I don't see why they had to show the part where the couple argued and she dragged him out of the house. There was no need for it.

I personally loved the part where she drags him out the house - it happens whether you are Muslim or not thats life. I hate women that are weak - have 10 kids government will support you allow the Husband he thinks with his donk. He came across as more of a Freshy, you'd thought a guy from here would have more sense.

I found it interesting how people do turn to these Imams for guidance and advice.

In the first few minutes the documentary lost ALL credibility.

It said about how sariah law includes chopping the hands of thieves and also stoning to death.

why did it pick these two topics when it could of picked two more positive ones showing how Shariah would help the country. More so where is the explaination of when those two laws are enforced. To say someone caught stealing would have his hand chopped off straight away is as far from the truth as possible.

Another crap documentary on the scrap heap

Theres no reason why sharia law should be passed in the UK. If you wanna live by that law then get out the country.

DasJa
February 14th, 2008, 02:20 PM
Sharia Law ain't ever gonna be passed. Even if Muslims make up 10-12% of the pop, only 40% of THOSE muslims want sharia law. And those 40 are prolly retired uncle-aunty cornershop ownes. Fuck listening to them!

you know, i'd like to think the same too, but having read what some of the uk pakis here have to say, id be surprised if a ton of those people supporting the law arent youngsters. :o

But most of them are those hypocritical dicks....who'll be like "Salaam Brother" and talk about faith and culture in the day at hookah shops or cafe's...and then drive dad's audi's or beamer's at night lookin for chix to fuck!

Brit desi's (a vast majority) in general are fucked up (no offense intended), but when you add the Islam mindset + age old pointless traditions imported from the mother country...not only does it segregate ur community...you end up becoming the brunt of jokes and scorn from the rest of the progressive 21st century whites, blacks and other desi's.

nah, i agree. i found it funny that the guy who started a thread about fucking married women was the same guy who was trying to get signatures in an online petition about islam.

those that want Sharia law in the UK should be tossed into the english channelSharia Law will not be passed through Britian not ever. You can not adopt part of the Sharia Law and void the rest. You either have it or you don't. And Muslims are not supporting this, just because a mere Archbishop mentioned this causing a hype doesn't speak for the majority of Muslims. Yes, for such things as divorces we carry it out Islamically as the way we get married because for us that is the correct way as well as registering for marriage as a British.

Anyways, again very highly unlikely Sharia Law will happen when Muslim countries themself don't all have the Law.

Ok i am not the one to argue upon this, as i haven't read the Quran but as far as i am aware from my knowledge of reading books whether it is hadiths or certain texts it is of the first wife permission to go and marry the second.
