Going to UK

well one of my cousins (my fav guy cousin..close as hell) called me and told me about applying to school in the UK and this really good prog...someone had told my dad about this b4 and i said no on the spot...but now im considering it...

but as soon as i think about it i get sad because as much as i want to run from my family...i'll be soooo far away and its in the UK and im from the US and how its diff culture and all that...i wont be able to visit my family+friends and i wont be able to go to skins games :lol:

on the other hand i've always wanted to do something exciting like this...

im just wondering what everyone thinks would be a good idea..should i go or not and your reasons...this wont decide for me..just help me out a little =)

and im not scared of going far away its just im going to miss my friends and not experience college life here the way i imagined it...the culture is soo diff

Moving to the UK at your age will be hard. College life here is a lot more fun in my opinion. If I were you, I'd go to college here and then go the UK for a Master's program.

In any case, good luck, the UK is a really depressing place. You're gonna be very, very depressed and contemplate suicide at least once, but hang in there.
