I am an American Citizen, born in Long Island and am going to complete my Nursing from Princeton University,NJ this year.

I think continuing studies in an institution like Oxford,Cambridge,Sheffield etc. would be awesome.

Any one throwing light on this procedure will be greatly appreciated.

You should talk to the school and get in touch with some alumni... they are your best bet to give you concrete info... i have been meeting with PhD scholars from the schools that i wanna do my doctorate... they are very good at give both sides suppressing bias

You should contact the University administration directly and ask for help, they'd surely deliver you the apropriate informations. When I studied in London i've seen plenty of American students there, not sure though which procedures they had to go through to be accepted, but it must have cost them a fortune in the end.

I always wondered why South Asians are restricting themselves to English speaking countries, whereas they could also search for opportunities in countries, where English isnt the lingua franca.
