Unofficial: Theres this program which allows you to download and convert youtube flv videos to your PC and convert them to a more usable format called mpeg. You can then view the video/s whenever you want. You have to wait for the video to download and convert, but all youtube videos are less than 10MB and if you have broadband and good PC it shouldnt take too long. Worth the wait anyway.
