Ever had the urge to hang up???

Iv been getting these rude nutcases calling me up at my workplace as i work at the students union office, there exists a far number of students who think their dads pay me!

ok so theres this dude calls me hour ago and says
f'in this f'in that

i goto him i wont tolerate your abuse...if you dont play nice i will hang up!

he goes are you refusing to give me these details...

i said to him no if you listened rather than rained words off utter nuisance than youd hear that we are not teh people that make decisions we are here to ''ADVISE'' (what i was actually saying in my mind is DUH ITS KIND OF OBVIOUS I WONT GIVE YOU THESE)

so then he starts swearing again

i was so p1$$ed of by this time i was fumming i said to him if you dont stop bragging on and swearing i WILL HANG UP IN 10 SECS... :dance3:

it worked he shut up said sorry and i gave him what he needed lol

TO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT how many times and when was the last time you made a threat to some idiot customer like that????

most importantly feel free to ublish your success stories... and also if the matter esculated, and they complained to management etc...

Yeh i usually put the phone about a mile away formmy ears when they start abusing me (previous job). Til they shut up.

g figures i assume i wont get a reply cos there are alot of students here that are probly the ones that are calling me up ;-)

i have hung up on over 10 ocassions, 2 complaints, i have refused to serve many customers face to face, and even pushed a customer back who was trying to step up to my face, some kalashah thought cos i worked in carphone at that time, that i was a budd budd!!

i dont just refuse i make them feel like shit and give such a lesson that they dont wont even ask thier milkman why 2cm of the tops off the bottle has less milk!
