I was talking in reference to her chastity. Some guys, like myself dont want to lose our virginity before marriage either. What keeps us inspired (other then our own morals, principles and self control) is the hope that who we get married to is as pure and has carried the same principles and morals as we have and that is what makes our choice all the more worthwhile to hold on to. But in this day and age, where there is a scarcity of such women, one often wonders if there is any point in holding onto what seems like a fairy tale, or wishful thinking or a fantasy world when almost everygirl, from an early age is engaging in sex and sexual acts and you start to wonder what are your chances of ending up with someone like youself, and if this whole remaining celebate is actually worthwhile, as if you dont end up with someone to whom it means as much to then the spciality of losing it to them wont be as special.

Id like to choose my own girl and have a meaningful relationship with her on a spiritual level etc, but the chances of finding someone like that who also has decent morals and values and is a virgin etc just isnt that likely to happen, i mean where are you supposed to meet a girl like that and even if you do, how do you meet her again, i mean if its that easy for you to meet her again, i.e u get her information and number etc then shes like everyone else and anyone else and if she isnt then you wont ever see her again. Most people you meet these days pretend to be someone that they're not and you dont find out until you've wasted allot of effort and emotions on them, so even if you let your parents choose, your most likely, if your sharp and smart, to get a shock somewhere down the line.

About ur other question, the whole speciality about remaining a virgin and preserving it for the wife and expecting the same in return is that you'll both be in the same 'boat'. If she has had sex before then that speciality isnt intact. Although her morals might be excellent and she might make a very good wife and a muslim and it isnt strictly about virginity, its about the whole package. Waiting and savng yourself is as much a symbol of your self control as it is to your commitment and devotion towards your wife.
