That's wrong. But, let's be honest here, most kids lose their virginity between the ages of 15-19. It's a huge age gap and it's sad that your 14 year cousin is giving up childhood responsibilites to have sex. But, as long as she's in a monogonous relationship, using proper protection and has a back up plan if anything happens, let her do it.
