For now, you can not upload pictures to the server... but that option will come soon.

So, until then you must use the built in inline image tags (just click the "img" button). However, you will need to already have the picture loaded somewhere on the web.

But, as I said, this will soon be made very simple so that you can just easily upload files from the post topic screen.
