i dont think sheesha has as much nicotine in it as cigs, no way. Im not addicted to it, i dont crave it n get withdrawal symptoms if i dont get it. Ciggs on he other hand i found even passively was having a bigger impact. I did try it back in the day and really qucikly found i was craving it, so i streered clear of ciggs. Even passive cigg smoke caused headaches n breathing problems, so i told my mates not to smoke ciggs around me.

My bad, it may not have the same impact, i was just using it as an example as a matter of principle, yeah its not on the same level, but the point is, it does give you a buzz does it not? i've tried it myself, you feel a "tiny high" but whats worse, i ended up with temporary blurred vision.
