why is there competition between boys?

"who shagged how many girls!?".....or how many they pulled together etc... i swear i dont get it.. how come boys sooo easily just jump in bed with any random girl.. without knowing them..for e.g. when going clubbin by the end of the night guys who are SINGLEand DIRTY HORNY basterd jump in bed with any girl.. and yeh MANY BLOODY SLAPPERS AND WHORE GO clubbing to.. be just jumping in bed with any random guys... but its the MAJORITY of the boys that always seems to be in competition about SEX!...
