I saw the film, and wasn't really shocked, but then again I realised that the we're living on an island and if things go the GW way, "we gon' die!"

What's your take on it?
i think its over-rated..every other century there is change in temperature..maybe its just natural for this to happen..

What's your take on it?
i could write an essay on this :p but wont.
its bad and its gonna get worse. countries are not doing enough to stop the CO2 emissions.
in the UK, one coal power station uses 100kg of coal per second. which in turn creates 300kg/s of emissions. remember that its running for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. thats 9460800000 kgs of emissions per year from ONE station. The UK has few of these coal powered stations
China is currently building 500+ coal powered stations. do the math and u know its gonna get worse before its gets better

Overrated? Are you joking?
We all need to take it seriously for the future generations.

so you'd be happy if your seed drowned horribly or died of extreme heat?
Kashif - I'd read that China is the first country to impose emission credits so there must be some limitations as to how much they can do.

i dont know about that yet. but they really dont want to stop or slow down as they think its their turn to be allowed to do this. UK and US has already done it.

yes it is. but it doesnt mean that it cant be cold. temperature fluctuations can occur and make certains part of the earth colder than theyre supposed to be
