-if you want to work it out, get to the bottom of why the relationship deteriorated. If it's a one-sided thing..where he doesn't want in any more.. then it's definitely not worth it to waste your time and cry over it. That just goes to show that he wasn't feeling it in the first place.

the way I dealt with most breakups.. Most of them I was quite happy to get out of. Once, I was really upset..and I led that anger come out through kick boxing.. Concentrated on my own life. And moved on. Easier said then done. But.. knowing where my life stands now.. Good things come later on after a bad storm.

its hard...because...they become a part of your identity. And, theyve become your habit. Habits are not easy to break...and post-breakup life isnt easy. However, you should start appreciating things that you did not get a chance to prior to this breakup. Family and friends....because these are the people that will remain with u no matter what...before a relationship or after a relationship. They dont change like seasons...instead, they stay with you like years do.
To be honest, all that im saying sounds like bullshit if u are going through that phase...because, you think they know how to talk but why dont they step in my shoes for a sec. its hard...because...they become a part of your identity. And, theyve become your habit. Habits are not easy to break...and post-breakup life isnt easy. However, you should start appreciating things that you did not get a chance to prior to this breakup. Family and friends....because these are the people that will remain with u no matter what...before a relationship or after a relationship. They dont change like seasons...instead, they stay with you like years do.
To be honest, all that im saying sounds like bullshit if u are going through that phase...because, you think they know how to talk but why dont they step in my shoes for a sec.
