I haven't seen blood diamond yet but everyone i've talked to says it's the big contender for best picture this year. Casino Royale I saw, it was great but I doubt it's quite as plot driven as blood diamond. I'd watch both, but I'd go watch blood diamond 1st.

I just got back from watching Blood Diamond, and I loved it.

Made me want to cry and smoke a cig real bad (Damn Leanardo smoking too much)

I recommend you see both. Both are great films. Casino Royale is more a gritty-spy-action drama. Blood Diamond is a merge of a political thriller and an action movie. It's certainly more visceral than Casino Royale as well, with the amount of violence it shows(especially towards kids..nope...kids are not spared in this movie)

Actually, IMDB isn't a reliable source of movie information, with the exception of what the general audience thinks. Regardless, Casino Royale is the best Bond film since Goldfinger. Nuff said.
