You need lighting for your plants/proper fertilizer/etc. You will need to rig your electricity guage most likely considering the sudden spike in your usage with your new setup. Creating ozone will placate the smell, you just need to apply electrical discharge energy to oxygen which is found abundantly, obviously, in our air. I'm sure you're not too interested in how it actually works on a molecular level. There are a million methods to create ozone, simple setup is just having a piece of glass with two pieces of copper mesh on each side, then attaching neon wire transfers to the mesh which are hooked up to a ~5kV Panel. There are more specific details you should pay attention to considering oxidation, and arcing, but I doubt you will make this so there is not enough incentive for me to write about it.

if its legal there will be no way to make a profit for the government... the black market it givin the government enough trouble when weed is legal... they would have no way to fully control the distribution of this specific substance even if they wanted to, because it can be grown from seed n dirt instead of chemicals the government can take off of the shelves!
