What percentage is your company matching and up to how many percent?
How much do you put in?

What kind of approach are youi taking? from conservate, moderate to aggressive?

What kind of funds are you investing your money in?

How long before your account in fully vested?

So, what are your returns?

If you traded x amount a day, what percentage would you be looking to make on that?

conservative approach..not much....4-5%..if u go high risk...u can expect to get 12-15%....but very risky

I would rather buy houses or invest that money in somthing else than investing in somthing thats going to tie up a large amount of my retirement money, which wont be enough anyway...

Your better off tryin to increase your wage package... (with a business idea)

401K is a retirement money plan. should be be withdraw before age 59.5..its part of ur income after you retire. this has nothing to do with how much you make. social security will probably wont be available by the time i retire

Aggresive for the last 4 years. mostly growth funds mixed with some blue chip stocks.

Always got more then 10% eash quater. Proper asset allocation and divercification is the Key Baby.
