Consume a lot of water before you go to bed. This should priovde some relief to the dehydrating effects of alcohol. Drink lots of water even after you wake up.
try to eat something while and after your are drinking. This helps reduce the rate at which alchol enters your blood or somethin like that
and ya avoid eatin sweety foods such as sweets and choccies and high sugar foods

Hi,
Yeah, you should have some strong coffee. That should work wonders!
Also, when you're consuming alcohol, it's always good to accompany it with some bread, like pizza or something. That way the alcohol gets soaked up and it's all good!
Happy drinking!

Drink at least 2 or 3 pints of water before u go to bed and have a few slices of toast too.
If you've been mixing heavily, then you might want to take some paracetomol before sleeping too.....but then again, not sure if that's actually a good idea, not too often anyway...

No, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like aspirin and paracetamol aren't a good idea to be using with alcohol because, in the long term, it will invariable lead to peptic ulcers in your stomach.
