Im from Blackburn and I definately agree. Ive just come back from uni and I think its gotten worse. Its such a shame I loved living here when I was younger. There seems to be rape and murder everywhere.
I just found out my best friend got raped by a guy in blackburn town centre after spiking her drink. Hes fled the country and they cant find him cos he was a illgal immigrant. Cant wait to move away. The thing is my parents have been here for years and they have good jobs and they have built a life here.
Its a good thing I live just outside and not the actual centre.
