Should move this to the Health & Fitness forum, with all the other weirdos who like to rub coconut butter on themselves to get rid of stretch marks.

all this bull-shit about creatine, do they know what goes into their wonderful mac d's and crap ?? and they blame something that's actually gonna help improve performance

anyway, look for the creapure logo and get mono-hydrate, you don't need any of that fancy crap, makes no diff

EAS, Pro-Lab, Bio-Test are all good brands

Pro-Lab being my prefered

cell-tech is over-hyped and over-priced, honestly just a simple creatine mono will do the job

i recommended prolab as they use german 100% pure creatine, not the cheap 99.9% chinese creatine others use

trust me, dat 0.01% impurity, makes a difference

btw, i thought you lived in india..lol

if your from the UK, order from http://monstersupplements.com/store/product_detail-695-lang-1.html

arrives next day and free delivery

also if you need cheap protien get this deal, three 5lb tubs for £89

http://monstersupplements.com/store/product_detail-2589-lang-1.html

no its really cheap, i tell you why

your USD crap contains 6g of creatine monohydrate per serving,

and 42 servings per tub, so 6 x 42 = 252g of creatine monohydrate for £32

with prolab you get 600g of PURE creatine monohydrate for £20

what's more expensive ?? the rest of the product is just filler (sugar mostly)

and capsules are crap, stick to the prolab mono

and H&B body fortress brand is again..crap..(and expensive when not on half price sale) lol

Optimum Nutrition is the best and hence why i recommended it to you =)

Hmmm thanks man!

You see the optimum nutrition one on that monster suppliments site, how long is that offer on until? or is it always on?

because i got the body fortress whey protien on offer, you know the biggest tub which is normally £50, i got it for £25.

The special offer saves a little bit (£7) over buying 3 @ £31.99 each

unsure if always on,

but if you work out £ per gram of protein, then Optimum Nutrition, even at 31.99 for a tub, is still cheaper than body fortress (and better quality too)

buy proper bodybuilding brands my friend =)

and btw, chocolate flavour tastes best =P choc mint is ok, stawberry so and so, but vanilla is horrid

yeh the thing with me is, i didnt know which brands to get when i started, and iv always used body fortress whey protien. It worked so i stuck with it.

Once my creatine and protien tubs run out, i'll try out these new ones and see how it goes!

I bought the muscletech (7lb) one and im waiting for that to come now, once that finishes i'll get the pro lab one... But not the capsules, the powder right?

Honestly Creatine is a waste of time - it adds water to your muscles and makes them look bigger which is about it. Also tend to notice you put more fat on whilst taking it too.

In terms of supplements (in addition to a good diet) all you need are: 3-4 Protein Shakes a day, 1000mg Glutamine tablet, a multi-vitamin and a cod liver oil pill.

All these stupid extra stuff is just overkill - if you want to test it out just take Cyclone for a month (instead of your protein shakes) or two and see if it makes any difference - you'll lift more because your muscles are pumped up more, but you'll find you end up putting bodyfat on and that when you stop taking it (shouldn't take Creatiner more than 2 months at a time) your muscles will shrink again.

Iv used cyclone before, it is pretty good

I find that if you dont get a proper work out, that is when you store fat, otherwise i usually get good lean muscle.

I dont take 3-4 protein shakes, thats abit much, i take half that and eat loads of chicken instead.

You cant take glutamine and creatine together, well your not supposed to anyway. I used glutamine for a while but i found better results with creatine. Creatine doesn't full you up with just water, it depends on how long you have been using it. Im more strength than size.

I usually have 3 protein shakes then 2 meals of chicken/turkey.

I just try and get cut rather than big so I find Glutamine is better at helping you recover to workout the next day/day after.

Plus I used to get foot cramps when I was on creatine.

Yeh creatine does give you cramps

With me i dont wanna get any bigger in size, im mostly doing strength training now.

I need to do some research before i keep on switching between supplements!
