West Ham United are set to pull off a major coup by the signing Argentine stars Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United were all thought to be competing for the duo, along with some of the continents elite including Bayern Munich and Milan. However, The Hammers have struck a deal with Media Sports Investments (MSI) - who own the rights to the Corinthians pair.

Jose Antonio Reyes is set to end his spell with Arsenal by joining Real Madrid.

It is being claimed that The Gunners have struck a deal with the Spanish giants that sees them secure Julio Baptista and €3 million (£2 million).

Reyes, formerly of Sevilla, has made no secret of his desire to return to La Liga and is now appears his wish is set to be fulfilled.
