I had the best weekend!
Muhahahahahaa to all of those who had a shit weekend!

I went horse riding (for the first time) was brilliant I tell you! :D
Went rock climbing (for the thousandth time) but, then a with a few friends, we went rockclimbing blind folded, it was HARD trying to feel a place to put your feet and hands!
And then, oh my god, if anyone is going to go skytrekking, put blankets by your ass and inner leg, and around your waist, it fucking HURTS!
Oh and I tried my first cigarette.

I was at the Newcastle Mela during the long weekend, saw Jazzy B, met some of the guys from Vips Records such as Aman K (new guy watch out for him), Ryan Singh who's posse were all wearing quilts :neutral: , and also met Aman Hayer, Tigerstyle and Panjabi by Nature at the afterparty. Only the fights on every occasion spoilt it.

Tigerstyle are my heros! I've never heard a crap track from them, they've produced a lot of the stuff that has came out of Vips Records, you should check the samples on their website. Theres is still a few more melas to go I think. Edinburgh and NEC Bham mela in Sept.

They started off doing bhangra and garage/desi fusion, now they also do hip-hop, drumnbass and raggaeton fusion.

Not going to either of those but the NEC one should be good.

this weekend was amazing, was at shaanti on friday which was good, as usual, but then valve soundsystem came to town on saturday, which was quite possibly the best night of my life, even better than my first kiss dem tingz :$

for those of you who dont know, the valve soundsystem is the loudest in the world (che-ch-ch-che-che-che-che-ch-ch-ch-ch-che-che-check it out in the guinness book of world records) and used strictly for Drum'n'Bass nights, Dillinja and Lemon D being its creators...it is so loud drinks are sold in plastic cups, and u have to wear ear plugs if u want to hear properly the next day...people have had dodgy stomachs coming into valve, and the bass has made them shit there pants...id normally make that last part italic but i dont know how to do that on here, but u can imagine my feelings over this fact...artificial intelligence and dj zinc completed the line up, and my rolling of a comedy joint bigger than a 15cm ruler (i had jamaican flag rips!!!) made this a fucking night to remember

on sunday, i rested my weary head...though i culd have done with a busom for a pillow
