I think miki England karo is set in punjab, the writer (is it one of the maliks? I don't know) and the people that own the channel are punjabi, people in rawalpindi and Jhelum and gujarkhan and around that area speak the Pothahari dialect (or language) too and some words/accents change in all pinds so you're bound to find some words different.
