First of all, I find East indians to be FAAAAR and away more rude/haughty/stuck up for no reason than West indians. With respect to 'wannabe gangsters', what about all the east indians who are all wannabe bigshot, important ppl in society when, in reality, they have no higher-echelon status.
and another thing: ANY girl (east indians included) can be turned into a slut or behave in a slutty manner with the proper, uhhh, coaxing. Or maybe I just have a way with women...who knows

Guyana has one of, if not THE most diverse cultures in the world. There are 5 or 6 different ethnicities that make up guyana. Haven't you ever seen a Chinese person with a west indian accent? chances are they are from guyana.... Have you ever seen a portugese-looking person with a west indian accent ? chances are they are from guyana too.
to answer your question, Guyana IS part of south america (so, technically, they should be considered south american rather than west indian)

However, EVEN if you did have a reason, why tell us? We don't care. It's people like you who simply provide blockades for the world's progression and unity. Also, if I did not like a certain group of people, such as blacks, that doesn't mean I'm going to create a thread filled with animosity on an internet forum. they are not Indians!!! thats all..
I think trinis/guyanese.. are loud/obnoxious people.. all are wanna be gangsters.. and the girls are hypocrites.. pretending to be a good child at home and sl*** outside..
isn't it wonderful how you can make a vast assumption about a large population from the characteristics of a very small sample...for example, i saw two black spotted cats passing down the street and I so cleverly concluded that all cats in the entire world have black spots. It's almost like they all came from the same mold!!! Isn't that exciting!!...

So, what about us Indian-Americans and Canadians who have kids, and their kids have kids........Do you think it's fair to regard your 5th generation progeny as "un-Indian?" Hell, anybody in India could say the same thing to any Desi poster on here who was born and raised in America.......
"You guys can eat aloo and speak Hindi all you want. You were born under an American flag and not in the land of your ancestors. Accept that and move on.
