I remember when it happened I was doing a placement at a law firm in Northumberland and I got home and it was on every channel.
They gonna do a minutes silence or something tomorrow?

How about we take a minute to remember the murdered civilians in Iraq or Palestine? or is Muslim blood not worth the time?

Why can't we just remember both. Who cares if they were Muslim or not people are people.
Oh and also one of the victims of the 7/7 bombings was Muslim.

wat do u mean muslim blood not worth the time? there were afew muslims who were also victims of 7/7, and neways the min of silence goes to everyone, doesnt matter if their muslim or not, they all fell victim to the brutal murder.

there were 52, a minute's to short for me to recall ALL of them personally!
on a less cheeky and sarcastic note, did anyone here know any of the victims personally? having grown up in northern ireland during the "troubles", i've lived through this kinda of thing and it's scary and hits close to home when people around you aren't around anymore because of a bomb attack/shooting etc. hopefully things are getting brighter in the world!

Where were you people when it happened?
I had a lucky escape. I was working at Russell Square at the time, and Kings Cross to Russell Square was a regular route for me.
Luckily I quit my job a week before, so I was at home when it happened.
Its been a year, but it still feels like it only happened yesterday.

More suicide bombers are expected, the most obvious place would be in a shopping mall on a busy saturday! Its crazy how the bombers minds tick!

It's obvious you are a typical Muslim extremist who likes to victimize himself.
You don't even care about how Muslims in the UK have suffered since the attacks, since I'm sure you're either an HT lover or al-Muhajirouni,

yeah i felt a deeper connection to the bombings too,
my university (SOAS) was literally 2 minutes walk away from russell square tube, i used to get that same tube at the same time down from finsbury park on that day for a class starting at 9am- fortunately i'd finished uni the year before, and that bus stop in tavistock? i must have used it over 50 times,
but thats what u get if u live in the UK i guess...
my bus stop which i used to get off after school in birmingham got bombed by the Real IRA,
the pub where i used to hang out just a few months ago was bombed by the real ira (townhouse in ealing) ...
so so far, i have visited regularly 4 locations where bombs would later go off....
pretty messed up huh?

WELL SAID. Why dont the government ever make a minutes silence for all those murdered in Iraq, Palestine, Afganistan.. all those were poor innocent civilians murdered by BUSH AND HIS SOLDIORS (who are terrorists-murdering innocent people)

Thats sad man. May God keep you safe. Thats really scary man. I wasnt out at the time, i had just woken up, but it affected me so badly emotionally, i was scared to use the tube for ages (as i live very close to the city) and was just so upset because they were ordinary people who got killed, ordinary people like me and you, innocent ones going to work :( May they rest in peace.
