no bodywork has been done but i've added a JVC KD-AR960 deck with 3 10" SW8000 Eclipse subs and an Eclipse XA4000 amp with a capacitor.

my car has been broken into as well ... but thank god they didn't take much and only broke the passenger side window.

actually i think its gonne be a V6 TT, probably not the 2Jz, and yea 400 horses is a must now, especially with the price range of bout 70K, its gonna have some tough competetion, but you know the japanese, their not as much power hungry, they can still outhandle msot cars out there with less power

Type-S is a good good car but make sure you do a nice car fax search on it because a lot of TL's from 2001-03 the type S models have had transmission calls on it. I dunno whether is if it's a manufacturing defect but the automatic transmission that most of them had on it had issues. But here is the real issue, even if you contemplate on getting a model that had a call on it once at least.. they will void any problems after warranty period which basically sucks. Get one with a clean history. good luck.

a recall is still honored by the dealer even if the car changes owners

but the warranty is only honored for the original owner who signed it when buying the car..not transferable

Not really, have you checked out ebay used cars? the warranty never gets voided as long as you have not reached the peak of it, and that's the original manufacturer warranty despite of any other warranty the third party dealership offers.

Extended warranty is honored by the original owner yes.

Before buying my new 2006 civic I was debating on either that or a 2003 type S model, I saw one in Brooklyn at a used car dealership. Sweet jesus it was blue, spoiler, type S rims, no dings or scratches, Navigation, too bad the transmission failed twice in that as i looked through the history.

if anything TL type S looks the best in blue.. thats one rare blue, i seen it on RSX type s models also.

that pic there was when i was on the old boostlogic 71gtq turbo, laid down 760rwhp on race gas and 543 on pump. and that was on a stock intake manifold, that pic was also after the virtual works intake mani.

got tired of the 71gtq real fast so upgraded to a gt42r, put down 640 on pump, havent tuned for race gas yet, dont want to break anything, i estimate close to 1000rwhp on race gas with this new turbo..

as for other goodies,
-hks 264/272 cams staggered
-VW intake mani as mentioned above
-ame ems

and all that good stuff.

nice car dude.. post more pics when u get it in karachi... and u hav to be extra careful about takin care of this car coz the EMS/ECU can act really weird sumthimes in these highly modified cars with hundreds of aftermarket parts.. thats why ppl with this kinda cars sit in their rides for hours with laptops tryin to work out the best configuration for their engine.. the wiring is like 20 times more complicated than any average nissan.. this is a very high maintenance car bro.. i hope u kno wat u r getting urself into.. i'd rather go for a stock Skyline GTR V-spec II coz thats a bit less pain in the ass than a highly modified one.. but modded or not... this is just an amazing machine no doubt

The reason why theres only 2 photos is that the Jap auction systems only take 2 pictures when they sell their cars.one from the front, one from the rear.The cars all get sold online or in a huge auction yard and the auctions usually only last 10-15 sec so just basic pics are required,I bought my mr2 like that from japan and it was 2000 USD. $6000 USD for that car seems a bit cheap but you can get some ridiculous bargains.Anyhow enough jibber jabber, heres my car. this is a pic 1yr old. its since been resprayed, lowered, kitted.The first pic is from japan just after it was purchased and the others when it was registered.looked ratty then.
