no one seems to want us in the cup, its so annoying to see such a good match end on such a shit note.granted bad decisions happen all the time but this just hurts.a 93rd minute dive and its all over.

im sorry to say but i have to disagree with you. this match was a classic example of what goes around, comes around.. materazzi shouldnt have been sent off for that tackle it was in no way a red card. australia got lucky, they had their chance for over 50 mins to score. italy got lucky right at the end. thats football....... mate.

yeah i know "thats football" but calling the red card and he penalty at the end karma...pffft gimme a break lol.at least australia didnt sink to the low of taking dives.neil was prone on the ground, you cant say the ref was making up for a bad decision earlier on by handing them a penalty(they hardly balance out). oh well theres always SA 2010.

yeah im biased but i like their take on the italian team.i like the diff in reporting styles, aussie headlines are about being robbed, whilst bbc and sky are basically "eat shit australia" lol. bring on the ashes hahaha........

i dont know if you play football or watch it as much as i do. but ive seen penalties given for less. i really do think grosso deserved it. why? he didnt go down on the previous challenges which most players tend to do. b you dont go sliding in the penalty box like that, its dangerous and something is bound to happen. Neil got nervous, simple

yeah i play, play quite a bit, see a bit of football here seeing as i do data analysis of football matches one of the teams in the national league s i aint no muppet lol.likeyou said, i shit myself when neil went in but saying grosso desrves a penalty because he didnt take a dive the first time? he sholdnt be taking dives anytime.he stumbled and dived over a prone body.saying someone deserves to get a penalty because they didnt dive at the firt opportunity is nonsense. either way none of ths banter changes the end result.
good luck to england, if they hit some kinda consistency they'll be dangerous, their just far too up and down for all the talent they have

englands problem is they dont know how to attack, period. they never score form open play, when they have momentum. either its a set piece or a long ball that manages to find their striker.

After all the shit Italy has gone though in the world cup since 1994, especially last world cup when it "lost" to South Korea, it sure as hell deserved this break...
hey did any1 catch that Ukraine-Swizterland game, the swiss screwed it up...Shevshenko even missed the first kick and they still won it in penalty kicks...
go ukraine! :dance3:

Is so true yet so surprising given how long sven has been in charge and the number of core players there are in the team, from past campaigns in varying tournaments.

i still think sacking beckham will do so much for the team. the way england play is fast and physical. i really dont see how beckham fits into that.
