r u serious? unless by "hooking up" you mean the whole ricer thing with intakes, exhaust, lights, rims and body kits then yes, maybe, anything over $2k is a ripoff.

But you can easily get way beyond that as a whole new suspension system can run well over $1k, not to mention new camshafts along with aluminum cylinder heads and a bored-out block. All this, plus a new engine management system AND custom fab exhaust headers and of course, new tranny, you're talking well above $10k in mods and hook-ups.

fooking ricers...if you don't have the cash to spend to make your car completely different from the next, don't bother. it's just like getting a tattoo to realize your individuality when nearly everyone else has a tat.

looks ok, personally not my thing but its not the most guilty riced out vehicle ive seen.Having mentioned about susp upgrades like coilovers etc going over 1k i wonder why some people bother when their car is never going to see any track time.
