I am currently doing an assignment for my Sports Psychology unit, and for one of the tasks i had to look in to the different leadership styles. This one leadership style in particular REALLY reminds me of our exuberant, outgoing and charismatic Sven Goran Eriksson. *yawns*

Laissez-fair leader – A laissez-fair leader leaves group members to get on with their task at hand without interference. They may assist individuals, one by one(Talks with David Beckham), but do not attempt to organise or motivate the group as a unit. While being a member of a group led by a laissez-fair type leader might allow you to explore your talents without being unnecessarily restricted, leaders who operate in this manner often fail to motivate groups to achieve their potential or cope with crises. (Crises - Our disorganisation at the back against the Swedes)

(i.e Sven Goran Eriksson - England Manager, Glyn - Big Brother Contestant)

How many people like me, feel this is the underlying story behind why England are displaying such diabolically appalling second half performances?

It might not cost us against the likes of Paraguay, Sweden and Ecuador but it definitely will against the Argentina’s Brazil’s and Holland’s of this World.
