HEY,

ITe 1 question,

has any taken the real estate exam in NYC? if so how many questions were on it, and did u take any prereq classes before hand, like in college, or a course,

and how much is the course,

this field is pretty NICE, in terms of $$$$$$$$, and quick checks

You could pass the test w/o the class its pretty easy. I took it like 2yrs ago. but, you will still have to show that you took the class, so go take the class and then take the test. I dont remember the fee... could be $60 or more/less.

My experiance with real estate was pretty bad... I sold 2 house in like 7 months (hud houses have like 5% commision) typical houses in Queens is like $400,000 to $800,000 5% is alot but its hard to sale them.

goodluck

i know somebdy who did it in 4 o 5 months
and people say its pretty easy
and as for u think its quick cash it aint jigga!
the jewish people have taken over the real estate bussiness..jewish real estate agensts r flooded in ny
so if i were u..i wont b thinking quick cash..i think you should do something besides doing real estate course..like do something where u know the money is there for u no matter what and do real estate..that works much better!
Or...if u r realy interested in doing real estate...then once u become an agent urslf..lookin for some really messed up house..fix it..and sell it..ull make ALOT of money in that!

I agree... after I got out of college, I do real estate on the side and work full time... (9-5) I just show houses weekends... its a though market.

Skippy think you should start selling in the outer boroughs before moving into Manhattan, plus change your name to Rosenstein.

You only need a course, and Remax is always hiring.
