Why should they do that? I mean coming from someone who's experienced the U.S. culture and Europe, I'd say the fact that Bollywood hasn't incorporated nudity into their films is refreshing. It's like this, if a guy has a girl who won't give in to him sexually and she plays hard to get, but she does give him a little tease, it'll drive him insane and his imagination will go wild. That's how I see it with Bollywood movies. Everytime the characters get into a situation when in a typical American movie they would have sex, the actors breakout into song and dance to express their passion. Yeah it can be a little annoying at times, but it keeps you wondering about the "what if".
Personally I think it would be a slap in the face of south asian culture as a whole. Kids are heavily influenced by the movies of their culture. I wouldn't want my lil sister and brother watching south asians paw each other. They'd get the wrong idea about how they're supposed to act and what's really important in relationships. Also with sex scenes being allowed, then all those wonderful musical scores would probably disappear. There'd be no need to sing about the woman's beauty and love and the guy's devotion to her. The 3 minute song score would then be replaced by a quickie hump fest. I personally enjoy the format of bollywood movies and would not like to see them change. Have you seen Neal and Nikki? It sucked! I mean yea it works great for an American movie and those things probably really do happen in a typical desi family but I like to be shielded from all the dutty things sometimes. I notice now the BW movies are starting to have kissing scenes. When I see them, I think to myself, it looks so awkward, why do they have that in here? I'm cool off the Bollywood transformation.

think about how many young ppl watch them as well, it'd just be stupid as asian ppl dont care about a rating...younger kids would stil end up watching the film as long as its got their favourite actor/actress in it and it would be bare awkward with their parents :S
