Good player he is, between him Alonso and Stevie G you have the most solid midfield combination coupled with supreme passing ranges etc etc.
Word.
They are linked with Guily of Barcelona, should be in talks soon.
Imagine Alonso and Gerrard in the middle with Kewell on the left and Guily on the right, ORGASMIC!.

Mark Gonzalez, heavily linked the scouse were.
Guily on his day can devastate a right flank, but he can be inconsistent. Joaquin would be a great bet, perhaps in a trade deal involving either Moro or Gerbil.
Joaquin is class, but i doubt Real Betis will let him leave.
More chance of getting Guily then him, oh and then we have Gonzalez, he scored again recently, we need him somwhere in their too...

Gonzalez is already a done deal, they bought him last year for £4m and loan him out to allow him to qualify for his spanish passport, which would eradicate the need to apply for a work permit.
4 goals in his last 5 games, the speedy little Gonzales will be a major hit for the pool next year. Reminds me a lot of marc Overmars, but with a little more quality.

We are extremely lucky to have him though, he was on his way to everton, before Benitiez snapped him out of Moyes's brows.

To match up to the talent of Gerrard & Alonso, you will need to do alot of strengthning.
