We don't deal with counter-terrorism even though we have been breifed about it many times,

we just deal with government buildings and also we are more targeted towards the private sector...such as construction, office blocks, blue chip firms etc...

America doesn't print money for the sake of raising capital. The only reason America prints money is to replace worn out bills that are in the supply. If America or any other country printed money to inject money into the financial system inflation would rise to crazy levels.

Dude believe me Mashallah its more then enough. I have started investing in real estate. I buoght a house and have rented it out. The rent is taking care of the payments on the house and I actually get to pocket $1200 of the house.. As long as I can keep my tenants in the house the house should pay for it self. I am thinking of buying another house now,,, get into it real estate is real cheap in houston

salary is not profit. credit unions are non profits as well as coop bookstores etc. however they do pay their employees.

non profit organisations will pay their employees and whatever is left off is profit.. they take that profit and distribute it back to the customers.. that makes them a non-profit organisation.

few things you have to know...
a) you could qualify for a home when you are 18... i would know i worked for a mortgage company
b) im not 18. im 21.. i was 18 when i registered (3 years ago.. you see 18+3 = 21)
c) i said i pay the mortage. not mortgage is under my name (im not saying it isnt either)
d) you can establish your credit before you turn 18.. its not hard.

you have to read and understand what someone writes carefully before you try to respond cynically and make yourself look like an ass. thanks

you hardly have any credit to qualify for mortgage at 18. ok so i am more clear now. you are 21. The mortage is NOT under your name. So they did not run your credit. Library Cards and if your parents co signed you before 18, they you do have credit. But your profile said you were 18. it was a revolving card with $150 limit. it had no interest or annual fee. they made up their money from the late fees tho. the more line you have open the better it is.. contrary to what people believe.. only reason people say not to have many credit cards is because you are much more likely to mess it up..

to go for a business line of credit 5 tradelines minimum for serious loans..

Financing option for what? A business is a investment so that works well. A house is an Asset. but for a car, financing is a bad idea. and anything you pay interest on a credit card is bad.

Financing option for what? A business is a investment so that works well. A house is an Asset. but for a car, financing is a bad idea. and anything you pay interest on a credit card is bad.

financing anything is good option.... because it frees up cash for you to invest in your business. i will give you an example:

you have $50,000 .. and you need a car..
either you can spend $50,000 to buy the car cash leaving you with $0..

or if you spend $50,000 on your business. you know by the end of the year that $50,000 can be $100,000...

if there was no financing option .. you could only do one.. or go with a car you dont like..

since you can finance your car, you spend the $50,000 on your business and that turns into $100,000.. and what did you give up? $12,000 a year on car payments.. 90% of that goes to the value of the car..

trust me its a hell of a better deal.

paying 10-15 even 20% interest is nothing if you could use the cash to get 40-50 even 100% return..

when you do business risk is taken into account automatically... you should know.. thats why you do due diligence and figure out your potential profits and loss for 5 years..

and i said "you know by the end of the year that $50,000 can be $100,000."
i did not say it will be... there is a difference...

let me simplify so you could understand it better...

$50,000 = car
$50,000 = $100,000 + car or $0 + car

i would go for the latter... if anybody jumps into business without accounting for risks, then they are retarded

and i said "you know by the end of the year that $50,000 can be $100,000."
i did not say it will be... there is a difference...

let me simplify so you could understand it better...

$50,000 = car
$50,000 = $100,000 + car or $0 + car

i would go for the latter... if anybody jumps into business without accounting for risks, then they are retarded
again, you really have no idea what you are talking about.

when you compare rate of returns you need to also account for the risk involved. for example, paying off your credit card debt with 20% interest has 0% risk. however, if you found an investment that you thought could return you 25% annually but came with a high amount of risk, then you would be an idiot if you decided to invest.

of course this assumes a real situation, unlike yours, where you are trying to avoid bankruptcy and don't have a huge stack of cash to fall back on in case your investment fails and that you aren't expected a 200% profit on a new business within one year.

turning 50,000 into 100,000 is not 25% return.. thats 100% return... there is a difference.. i used 50,000 and 100,000. not 50,000 and 62,500..

and i used car as an example whose interest is generally around 7%..
7% with 0 risk versus 100% versus good amount of risk..much different than
20% with 0 risk versus 25% high risk..

and again you kind of skipped the whole part about due diligence... i am not telling anyone to gamble with their money.. you take risks, no shit but if you are smart your risk is minimized... i have yet to lose money on anything i invested in and i have a multi million dollar project i am working on.

if someone rather take their money and be a little pussy then thats up to them. thats not me and like i said i prefer credit a lot more than cash. not everyone is cut out for investments and business.

financing anything is good option.... because it frees up cash for you to invest in your business. i will give you an example:

you have $50,000 .. and you need a car..
either you can spend $50,000 to buy the car cash leaving you with $0..

or if you spend $50,000 on your business. you know by the end of the year that $50,000 can be $100,000...

if there was no financing option .. you could only do one.. or go with a car you dont like..

since you can finance your car, you spend the $50,000 on your business and that turns into $100,000.. and what did you give up? $12,000 a year on car payments.. 90% of that goes to the value of the car..

trust me its a hell of a better deal.

paying 10-15 even 20% interest is nothing if you could use the cash to get 40-50 even 100% return..

Why would i want to finance a car? Thats a liability. True you need disposable cash available. But that just means you can't afford that car if the money is running out after you purchase. If you have 70K and the car was 50K then you can afford it. What if some unforunate hardship happens in your life (health/job).......? then u dont have money to pay the loans. investing in business is a risk..not guaranteed profits. The whole point was to stay debt free! You can earn the same profits in your business with paying no interest! and you'd have more assets!

your analysis is amazingly flawed since you do not take risk into account at all.

True. The whole point for me to stay debt free all the time

i was using the car as an example... i am not saying buy a 50k car if you have 50k and no other source of income. if you have income coming in and you want to buy the car go ahead if you can afford to pay it monthly.. and use the 50k towards business...

again, maybe i am a risk taker so like i said its my choice...

and nothing is guaranteed 100%.. so if you arent willing to take some risks, then you arent cut out for business.

and business is not gambling... gambling is all about luck and pure chance...but business requires a lot of intelligent decision making and planning.. its true there is a chance you will fail but its not as high as gambling...

if you do not want to be in debt, thats fine.. if you have hundreds of thousands of dollars to start up your own business or expand it, by all means do so.. if not, then what other choice you got? how do you think investors get super rich? they make intelligent decisions, they lose money sometimes and they gain other times... thats why you dont take such risks where the potential is something like 25%.. if it has potential to grow 1000% within 3-5 years, then thats the risk worth taking.. .

im not sure if sameer started ratedesi as a business venture or just for fun..but i can assure you that this site generates enough income for sameer, atleast it has the potential to. now if he wanted to spend $10k advertising it, i am sure his revenue would go up dramatically.. ofcourse 10k is not much money and i am sure he has 10k.. but now imagine if it was 100k or 1m, most people dont have that much money laying around.. after careful analysis and planning if you realize that 1m can be 2m or 3m.. you can go to a bank and take out aline of credit or go to venture capitalists or angel investors, etc..

financing is the best option.. buying cash is stupid in my opinion.. financing is only stupid/dangerous is if you make stupid decisions..

and you dont pay interest for 28-30 days.. so its like interest free money for 28-30 days. lets say you have a deal and you need 5,000 to buy products or whatever and at the end of the month that will be 7000 or whatever it is... if you have 5,000 only and you gotta pay your rent and other bills..and you dont choose to use your credit, then you have an either/or situation.. but if you used your credit and lets say paid your bills for the month with your cc, you can get that product, get that deal done make your money and pay back your cc company...

financing is a very smart option... trust me

Why should I pay interest on that car? why should i pay for something more then its worth? what if u lose ur job and fall behind on payments? the max i would finance is 1 year..2 years is pushing it.

not everyone wants to own a business. having a business is also more responsbility and full liability and also a lot more stress and lot of hours put into it. i rather have a balance life. life is not all about being rich. i am sure sameer did this for fun to begin with...

financing means you are paying interest ..it means ur in debt.....
