nothing in history is strictly accurate or non exaggerated..its only been built up from what certain people saw

we have no idea of what actually went down because we werent there ourselves, yeah sure we have eye witnesses who saw it but they only document what they saw, i mean two people can look at one thing and get totally different ideas from it, like the gasssing of the jews..the nazi sympathisers would have thought it to be the greatest thing since pre depression sliced bread but not everyone shared that sentimen. We may have general ideas but we dont know of the little intricacies behind everything

go to the british war museum and look at their nazi germany exhibition, im not sure if its still there but its pretty good for seeing what hitler did to the jews, they have glass cabinets full of stuff left behind by the Jews who got killed and its quite upsetting but nowhere (to my knowledge) did it mention how Hitler reduced unemployment and got Germany back on its feet :neutral: so yeah, history is never a one sided affair, we however just hear about the side that is more influential

its not just because he said something, the country where he originally said it was Austria where there is a law against denying the Holocaust (probably because it was the "greatest" thing achieved by Austria's favourite son) and you can be imprisoned for doing and and you can be banned from entering th country. He has only been arrested now because he tried to re-enter the country which is something he was forbidden from doing.

and if you agree with the whole freedom of speech thing, were the cartoons of Allah ok? thats freedom of speech too and there is no law against drawings of that nature

I can see why the Austrian court put him in jail for three years, hes denying one of the biggest mass genocides in modern history and thats going to outrage the public and all those who survived the Holocaust so i suppose they thought they HAD to do something or the public would lose faith in the judicial sentence.
