Let's discuss this "constructively"

The new 'no swearing at the mods' policy is ridiculous. It's pretty self-explanatory why, but for the sake of being "constructive"....

Since the majority of my posts consist of slandering (both my positive and negative posts), I don't think I'll ever address another mod again (regardless of whether I like them or not).

I'm assuming this is Sameer's personal little rule, but for the sake of appearing a little fair, he's involved the rest of the mods. I personally don't think the other mods give a shit.

The rule should be:

"don't swear at me or my gurl.
Love Sameer"

I think everyone realises that the rule is there to protect Sameer's ego, and no one else's. So he can drop the disguise.

He’s probably had too many “overweight” comments thrown at him, and it all eventually got to him. Consequently he’s tightened up the rules, and made it as difficult as possible for people to say anything negative towards him.

But I've worked with some more delicate DB farm's on Oracle PL/SQL and that sure does make MySQL look like a pansy. Php is okay for what it does, but I wouldn't use it for a forum like this.

I used to do some J2EE, it was a little more elegant and flexible.
However, Web Interfaces and backend code shit me now, dawg!
I pay people to write that for me, I'm stuck in the business/UML and C++ socket applications, side of things.
