Bad idea. It's not just about what a guy can or cannot do to me. It's my own beliefs and principles that hold me back. Two wrongs don't make a right. So if the guys are doing it, suddenly, it's not ok! But ur absolutely right about the point of this topic. Hypocrites are indeed the worst. There is a verse or a hadith I don't really remember which one but it says that god hates hypocrites. You're correct that muslim men aren't allowed to flirt or even look upon women, and it's be wrong for them to expect different from their companions if they're doing it themselves. But I don't think many would mind if they knew they're future wife had been on a forum talking to other guys. In my opinion, pre-marital sex and flirting are on two different levels. And yes, even though muslim men shouldn't be flirting, it's still a sin that can be forgiven relatively easily. Where as premarital sex is a serious offense in islam which could be punishable by death for both males and females. I don't think the two should really be compared.
