very simple you need a base program called "stylexp" google it and then download it and instal it gives you a 30 day period but you cant get cracks for it from all over the net but i would recommend the site astlavista.com and use one of the seach engines it an interface very simple to use download wallpapers and such of your choice and create a theme with this package. very simple or read the intructions on the website about style xp it will you tutorials on the methods on how that is done.
