How do you guys take a few jpeg pictures and make them into a gif image that switches between the jpegs? Is there a program you can download from the internet to do so? Thanks.

I've resized it a bit...was hoping not to make it too small so that you can still tell it's 405 lbs :)

You can use Imageready for sure.. that comes with photoshop ;d

Joloton sent me the link he posted here, but by the time I got the email I just came across another one at (http://www.ulead.com/ga/runme.htm) It's only a 15 day trial though, but it's really easy to use if you do the animation wizard.

but w/ photoshop just the program? cuz I got an illegal copy from mIRC so...can some1 explain how to do it w/ JUST THE PROGRAM?
